Have you ever wanted to learn how to make pasta or learn more about European cuisine?
Have you wondered about experimenting with cake decorating or specialty cookies or had the desire to make a decadent dessert for a special occasion?
This is also a great opportunity to learn and host a dinner party, or a cocktail party with wine pairings.
It’s a fabulous chance to give mom a break and “fill the freezer with meals” or create a delicious meal for someone special.
If you want to cook with family or friends, that’ll work too, up to 3 guests can be accommodated.
All in the comfort of your home or at Patricia’s kitchen!
Patricia Bullock’s passion for cooking is fulfilled by sharing her experiences and knowledge. She believes the essence of cooking is acquired in the recipes handed down, in the search for food, in the aromas and tasting, and lastly, in the presentation. Patricia uses food photography to capture the moment and materialize the experience.
There are no mystery ingredients or baskets and you won’t be judged!
Proceeds from the “A Day with a Chef” raffle will support educational fieldtrips for the students of the Nellie McClung Program.
Tickets are $5 each and there are 2,000 tickets available for purchase - tickets may only be purchased or sold within Alberta.
A Day with a Chef prize has a $2,000 value and will include:
Cooking instruction/assistance to a maximum of 8 hrs.
A consultation to confirm expectations and parameters.
Prize must be accepted as awarded, no cash value and not redeemable for cash.
If the holder of the winning ticket does not reside in Edmonton, the location and format will be at the discretion of the chef.
The draw will take place at 10:00 am on May 10, 2019 at Oliver School, 10227 118 ST NW Edmonton, AB T5K 2V4. The winning ticket number will be posted at http://www.choosenellie.com/blog and the holder of the winning ticket will be contacted by phone. Raffle winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.
