Nellie Program Strategic Planning Session

The Nellie L. McClung Educational Society (NLMES) board will be meeting with a strategic planner on Sunday, March 8th, 2020 for a full-day planning session. That session will focus on increasing enrollment and program awareness, as well as strengthening and planning for the future of the Nellie program.

The itinerary for the day will include:

  • Vision Building

  • SWOT analysis

  • Mission Building

  • Mission Check Back & Categories

  • Organizational Goals

  • Review & Next Steps

NLMES board members, as well as parents of alumnae and community members, have confirmed their attendance, and there is room for a few more interested and engaged participants. If you are interested in joining as an active participant, engaging in creative and enthusiastic discussion about developing and promoting the Nellie program, please contact secretary@choosenellie.com for more information.
